Stewardess

A new opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Stewardess to join a 50m new build charter yacht launching into a busy dual-season program. With a packed charter calendar and an involved, young-at-heart owner, this is the perfect platform to develop your skills in a high-standard, supportive environment. You’ll be joining a dynamic and experienced crew, several of whom are transferring from the owner’s previous yacht, ensuring a strong team culture from day one. The program promises fast-paced private and charter use, meaning this role is ideal for someone who is energetic, service-focused, and eager to learn. Key Responsibilities: Rotate between service, housekeeping, and laundry to ensure all areas of the interior are maintained to the highest standard. Provide polished, attentive service to guests, supporting the senior stews during busy trips. Assist with guest turnarounds, ensuring the yacht is consistently presented to 7* charter standard. Support provisioning, inventories, and day-to-day organisation of the interior. Work collaboratively with the team, maintaining a positive and proactive attitude.

• Minimum 1 season experience as a Stewardess (charter background preferred). • Strong housekeeping and laundry skills; confident stepping into service when required. • Professional, presentable, and eager to learn in a high-standard program. • Valid STCW, ENG1, Food & Hygiene Level 2. • Fluent English and excellent references.
