Chief Stew

TYS Recruitment is looking for an experienced Rotational Chief Stew to join a private/ charter 80m+ M/Y. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic project, working closely with the current Chief Stewardess, who has been with the owners for nearly four years. The ideal candidate will be confident, compassionate, and lead with kindness, with a strong focus on training and mentoring the interior team. This role is heavily administrative, so strong organizational, administrative, and accounting skills are essential, alongside excellent leadership and management abilities. The vessel has wonderful owners who have built a great relationship with the crew. Their trips are typically short (less than a week), with a focus on chartering, where charters are prioritized over owner trips. The yacht is currently completing charters in the Red Sea and will return to the Mediterranean for a shipyard period before heading into a busy Med season. There is also the potential for the vessel to head to the Caribbean in 2025. You will be joining a great crew, who prioritises kindness and empathy, and all get along exceptionally well.

• 2+ years as Chief Stew • Experience on an 80m+ charter vessels for at least two years, demonstrating strong longevity and charter experience in their previous roles
