Crew & Concierge are currently looking for a talented Chef to join a 35m+ Sailing Yacht in February 2025. This is a private vessel that is dual-season with plans to go world cruising in the future. As the Sole Chef, you will hold the crucial role of catering for 5 crew and up to 6 guests, although, on most occasions, it will typically be just 2. Your expertise in traditional Italian cuisine will be essential, and you should possess the skill and confidence to prepare dishes of high quality, maintaining consistency and taste. Additionally, you will need to be flexible and able to cater to a wide range of dietary preferences and restrictions. You will join the vessel in the Caribbean before cruising the US East Coast and Greenland for the summer of 2025. The ideal candidate for this position will be a highly organised, self-motivated, and adaptable individual with a passion for cooking and the ability to work independently. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and an ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently are also essential for success in this role.
