Seeking a chef for a 45m Motor - Private. Itinerary: US, New England summer, BVIs/USVIs winter
• Strong chef skills. Culinary trained and/or strong restaurant apprenticeship • CHEF experience on yachts • Positive references (minimum of last three) • Outgoing personality, happy to cook for owners and crew • Good with plating, timing, provisioning • Strong leadership skills and organized • Extremely clean and knowledgeable about US, Bahamas, BVIs/USVIs, New England provisioning • STCW + Refresher as needed • PDSD • Food safety/hygiene • ENG1 or current fit for duty marine medical (valid for 6 months) - unrestricted • US passport or B1/B2 visa
