Chief Stew

We are looking for a Chief Stewardess is required for a 30m private motor yacht cruising the Mediterranean for a 6‑month season. We need a service‑driven professional who delivers refined, discreet and highly personalised service. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone confident leading the interior, maintaining exceptional standards, and working closely with the Captain and wider crew.

• Previous Chief Stew or senior interior experience • Strong luxury service background • Excellent attention to detail across service & housekeeping • Confident leading, training and motivating interior crew • Highly organised, proactive and discreet
