Deck/ Divemaster

A 100m+ private motor yacht is looking for professional Deckhands to join a large, fast-paced deck team. This is a strong opportunity for career-driven candidates who enjoy an active programme and high guest-interaction environment. The yacht will cross to the Caribbean for owner trips over the holiday period, before returning to the Mediterranean for a survey after the New Year. The role involves all deck duties, tender and toy operations, and daily maintenance on a busy, well-structured deck team led by the CO, 2nd, 3rd Officer, and Bosun. Dive qualifications are a big advantage.

• At least 1 year experience on a 60m+ motor yacht • Strong maintenance skills and experience with large tenders and watersports • Confident supporting guest operations in a dynamic programme • Dive qualifications (Divemaster or Instructor) highly preferred • Professional, career-minded attitude
