Requirements
• Up to 6 months’ yachting experience, with strong land-based hospitality/service background preferred. • Warm, lively, guest-facing personality — confident engaging with guests in social environments. • Female only due to cabin arrangements. • Valid STCW, ENG1, Security Duties, and Food Hygiene Level 2 with minimum 6 months validity. • Passport with 6 months validity. • Fully COVID-vaccinated. • Positive, drama-free, team-oriented mindset. • Strong willingness to learn, take direction, and grow within the service department. • Excellent checkable references.
