Chief Stew

TYS Recruitment is seeking a seasonal Spanish-speaking Stewardess for a 37m (120ft) vessel based in South Florida. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and confident in their abilities as a Chief Stew, with 1–3 years of experience in a similar role. You'll be joining the vessel in Miami, with a trip planned to the Bahamas in December, where it will remain through January before returning to Miami. The previous Chief Stew is transitioning to a land-based role but will be available in Miami for a comprehensive handover to ensure a smooth transition. This fairly relaxed program has a lovely owner who typically comes on board once or twice a month. While most trips are casual, the owner can be spontaneous, with some larger guest trips involving later evenings dependent on the guests. A Chief Stew who can adapt to this variety and maintain high standards is ideal. The itinerary focuses on South Florida and the Bahamas, with significant time spent at Atlantis and Miami. The crew is a close-knit team, primarily from Mexico, and they get along exceptionally well, fostering a great environment onboard. They're seeking a like-minded Chief Stew who can uphold the standards expected by the owner while contributing to the positive crew dynamic.
