Description

We are seeking an experienced Junior Sous Chef to join a prestigious 110m private M/Y. The ideal candidate will have a few years of yachting experience and come from a restaurant background, with culinary training. There is a team of 4 in the galley when guests on, and you will be responsible for assisting the head chef with all guest meals, as well as aiding the crew chefs with crew food, when needed. This is an exceptionally well run vessel, so looking for someone professional, with great work ethic and also someone who can have a bit of banter in the galley to keep moral during long hours.

Requirements

• Min 2 years' yachting experience • Ships cook certificate • Fully vaccinated
