• Culinary trained or culinary qualifications/courses. • Enjoys cooking for owner, guests, and crew. • Well plated and varied menu. • Food safety & hygiene knowledge. • Marine medical certificate (ENG1). • STCW + Refresher. • B1/B2 visa required. • Passport (all valid at least 1+ years). • Verifiable positive references. • Experience running a galley on similar sized vessels preferred.
