Head of Service

Looking for someone with HOS experience, WSET level 2, cocktail and spirits knowledge, very creative and confident to lead the service team. Run with interior team of 10 on trips and 9 off trip. Have a lead service who doesn't rotate with the other girls, but all the juniors rotate between HK, laundry and service. Female only due to cabin arrangements
