Chief Stew

We are currently looking for a Lead Stewardess to join a lovely 40m Sailing Yacht. This is a heavily used, private vessel with wonderful owners and a brilliant Captain. The vessel is currently in Spain, which is their homeport, which is where you will join them. The boat will then cruise around the Balearics and Greece for the summer before returning back to Spain in October. In February 2026, you will head to the Caribbean for a short two-month season. The position is to start around Mid to end of March. To be successful in this role, we are looking for an all-rounder, someone who is able to manage the interior predominately alone and maintain a high level of standards. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience as a Sole/Second/Lead Stewardess on a similar-sized vessel and have a friendly, bubbly personality. You will be working as part of a crew of 6 and running the interior with a Deck/Stewardess. All the crew are super active and like to keep fit and be out in the water diving. Candidates with sailing experience will be prioritised although we will consider someone who has a keen interest to sail.
