Sole Engineer

HMG is seeking an experienced Y4 level or above Chief Engineer for a 40m+ private Motor. This is a PERMANENT role. The Yacht operates in some remote locations so you must be comfortable with your skills and confident in all aspects of modern Yacht systems. Hands on with good general knowledge, the role would suit experienced 2nd Engineers looking to step up into their first Chief role. MTU Mains Northern Lights Gens VEEM and Naiad Stabilisers Own cabin, leave up to 90 days per year plus extra local area leave at Captains discretion. Current Engineer leaving after three years to move to a larger Yacht. Salary at $10,000 USD DOE. Very healthy budget for maintenance, shipyard will be in October and then Yacht will operate in Central/South America next year. You must enjoy fishing, diving and water sports in general, you will be expected to help in these areas, workload permitting.
