We are looking for a highly skilled and discreet Chef to join a private 25M Mangusta 92 yacht based at the Yacht Club of Monaco. This is a seasonal role with the possibility of a permanent contract, following a successful trial period and mutual agreement. The Chef will be responsible for delivering refined, beautifully presented cuisine to the owner, who usually cruises alone, and for preparing nutritious meals for a crew of four. You must be confident working independently in the galley, sourcing fresh ingredients daily from local markets, and maintaining top-tier cleanliness and hygiene. The yacht will be cruising between Monaco and Saint-Tropez, so familiarity with regional markets is a plus. This is an opportunity to work in a calm, professional environment with high standards and clear expectations.
