• Minimum 1–2 seasons’ experience in a similar role (not entry-level) • Confident in deck operations and maintenance on smaller vessels • Basic engineering knowledge beneficial but not essential • Strong team player with a proactive and reliable attitude • Able to work independently and stay on top of tasks without supervision • Fluent English, excellent checkable references
