Chief Stewardess – 40m Sailing Yacht Private Use | Med-Based | Seasonal Contract with Potential Extension We are seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess to join the crew a 40-meter sailing yacht. The yacht is privately owned and currently cruising the Mediterranean. This is a seasonal position running through the end of December 2025, with the possibility of a full-time role for the right candidate. What we’re looking for: – A motivated and hands-on Chief Stew with a minimum of 2 full seasons experience in a similar role – Strong background in high-end service, table settings, provisioning, and guest liaison – Confident managing a small interior team (1 additional stew) and maintaining high standards – Previous experience on sailing yachts 35m+ preferred – Energetic, discreet, well-presented, and proactive – Excellent communication skills and a team mindset Program & Lifestyle: – Private yacht (not charter) – Owner uses the boat regularly and values discretion and quality service – The vessel is Med-based and will remain in the region for the season – Winter plans are still under discussion, with the possibility of Caribbean or shipyard period – Close-knit crew with a respectful and professional atmosphere onboard

Conditions: – Start date: ASAP – Contract: Seasonal until December 2025 (possibility of full-time continuation) – Salary: €4,500 – €5000 DOE – Shared cabin – Standard MLC-compliant contract and insurance
