Join a well-established 44m charter motor yacht as a Female Charter Chef, delivering high-quality cuisine in the beautiful Caribbean.

• Proven experience as a Chef on similar-sized yachts (40–55m), with strong charter background • Confident managing fast-paced charters, diverse menus, and high guest expectations • Strong Mediterranean and international culinary skills • Excellent provisioning experience in the Caribbean, ideally including Bahamas + St Barths • Ability to work with fresh catch (highly desirable) • Female only (cabin arrangements) • Valid STCW and ENG1 • Strong organisational skills, clean galley management, and excellent communication • Positive attitude, resilience under pressure, and excellent references
