Join a 60m private/charter motor yacht as a Sous Chef, providing exceptional culinary experiences for the crew and guests in a vibrant Mediterranean setting.
• Minimum 4–5 years’ experience as a chef • Background in high-end fine dining restaurants or hotels preferred • Previous yachting experience is advantageous but not essential • Strong skills in pastry, baking, and bread-making • Positive attitude with a team-player mentality • Hardworking, sociable, and adaptable • Demonstrated longevity in previous roles and commitment to long-term positions • Driving license (essential) • STCW & ENG1 (required) • Food Hygiene Level 2 or 3 • PDSD certificate • Ship’s Cook Certificate (preferred but not essential with strong experience)
