Captain

Seeking a skilled Rotation Captain for a 46m Private Sailing Yacht operating in Southeast Asia and the Pacific. Competitive salary and 3 months on/off rotation.

• Previous large sailing yacht experience essential. • Active, adaptable, and intuitive, able to operate in remote cruising grounds. • Comfortable in a multinational crew environment. • Strong technical and problem-solving skills. • Hands-on, team-oriented approach. • Master 500gt or greater. • Additional skills (e.g., diving, watersports, refit experience) would be an asset.
