Looking for a sous/crew chef for a 60m Private/Charter. Male due to cabin arrangements. Looking for someone energetic, willing and with a strong background in restaurants and 6 months - 1 year yachting experience. Must have meticulous habits in the galley with cleanliness and hygiene. Cooking for a crew of 17 and assisting the Head Chef with cooking for guests. Boat is finishing up the season and looking at a small maintenance period and crossing back to the Med before starting the Charter season. Salary: €5000-€6000 per month + share of tips + 13 month bonus. Full medical & dental insurance. Leave: 5:1 with 2 flights per year.
