Chief Officer

We are seeking an experienced and well-rounded Chief Officer for a 63m private motor yacht with a rotation schedule of 3:3. Ideal for candidates looking for a stable and supportive environment with excellent crew retention.

• Chief Mate 3000GT (minimum) – Cayman endorsed preferred • Minimum 2 years’ experience as Chief Officer on 50m+ vessels • Strong navigation and operational background • Generic ECDIS + Transas type-specific required • Previous experience with audits/flag surveys highly desirable • Water sports background (particularly dive related) • Fluent English with excellent communication skills • Strong leadership presence with a calm, adaptable approach
