Head of Service

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Head of Service to lead the service department onboard a prestigious 120m+ private motor yacht. This role demands confidence in managing a large team to ensure the highest service standards and seamless guest experiences.

• STCW and ENG1 qualifications • Previous senior service role on a 100m+ yacht • Strong knowledge of wine and service styles • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Professional and polished demeanor • Experience in inventories and SoPs • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (ideally Canva) • No visible tattoos • High presentation and hygiene standards
