Chief Stewardess – Private / Charter 43m Sailing Yacht We are looking for a Chief Stewardess with strong service experience and excellent organisational skills to join a private/charter sailing yacht in beginning of October. The yacht will cruise the Mediterranean and Caribbean over the next year with future plans to be confirmed. The interior team consists of two, so this is a hands on role requiring someone proactive detail oriented and confident leading by example. Candidates must have solid experience in service and interior operations with high standards in all areas. We’re open to experienced Chief Stewardesses or strong Second Stewardesses from larger vessels ready to step into their first leadership role. Requirements: Strong background in service Good knowledge of housekeeping and furnishings Warm, approachable management style Highly organised and confident managing systems Professional demeanour STCW, ENG1, and Food & Hygiene Level 2 This is a low alcohol environment. We are looking for someone who leads a focused, healthy lifestyle and is not interested in the party scene. You’ll have initial support from the chief stew on the owner’s other vessel to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
