Chief Stew

The Chief Stewardess position on a 45m Motor Yacht involves leading a small team, overseeing guest usage, and ensuring high standards of service in a private, single-season vessel. The role requires someone experienced, detail-oriented, and with strong organizational skills to manage the busy summer season and work closely with the crew and concierge. Winters are spent in Spain. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role on a yacht and be a friendly, strong leader. The salary is €5,500, and the start date is within the next 2 to 3 weeks for this permanent position.
