Chief Stew

We are looking for an experienced Chief Stewardess to join a lovely 50m private vessel predominantly based in the USA, with an itinerary cruising around the Bahamas, Caribbean and cruising New England this coming summer season. You will be joining a fun-loving active crew who all value teamwork and respect amongst the crew. You will lead an interior team of 2 experienced stewardesses. We are seeking a warm, personable, well-spoken, and confident leader to work closely with the galley for meal planning and events and lead the new interior team. The ideal candidate must have an excellent eye for detail, uphold the vessel's highest standards, and be looking to commit to a program for the long term. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-run run established vessel with a crew who truly look out for and care for each other. This would suit someone who is looking for a long term commitment and who is keen to lead a strong team in order to help them flourish in their own careers.
