3rd Officer

A beautifully maintained 90m classic motor yacht is looking for a 3rd/2nd Officer to join them The yacht is currently in the EU preparing for the Mediterranean season. Plans for the coming year include cruising the Mediterranean, before crossing to the Caribbean for the winter with a yard period planned for early 2027 The owners are extremely pleasant to work for, running a relaxed but well-structured program – Days often involve tender trips to beaches or local towns The crew are a sporty, social and active group with excellent retention across departments.

• Experienced 3rd Officer ready for increased responsibility • Confident with bridge watchkeeping and navigation • Comfortable stepping into 2nd Officer duties during rotation • Strong team player with a positive attitude • Candidates transitioning from commercial shipping are welcome with yachting experience as officer • Sailing experience is advantageous but not essential
