44m motor yacht is looking for an experienced 2nd stewardess to join in Turkey. The ideal candidate will already be located in Europe and have been working on super yachts of a similar size for the last 2-3 years.

The role will require some mentoring and training of a junior stewardess whilst maintaining the ability to help the Chief stewardess. We’re looking for good, all round experience in service, housekeeping, and laundry and a confidence to show others whilst also developing your own skills. Proven communication skills in a mild leadership role will be hugely advantageous and someone who has successfully worked within a small team like this during busy owner trips will be attractive. The boat is currently completing a 10 year survey in the yard, due for relaunch early April. After a Mediterranean cruising season the boat will be marketed for sale. 60 days annual leave. No visible tattoos and a true non smoker please.
