Deckhand

A 23m Classic sailing yacht is looking for a multifaceted Deckhand to join seasonally. The position is to start in Malta for late March/Early April. The yacht will depart mid April for Montenegro where a new generator will be fitted, and they will do short owners trip around the area. June will be spent in Venice, followed with trips in the Ionian and Aegean Greece with the owners. The season will end in Malta for late September/early October.

This position will suit candidates who have come from a sailing background and looking to get in to yachting, or a junior deckhand. Ideally candidates will have a Yachtmaster Offshore, and be capable with helming and sail handling. This is a guest facing role, and with there being a small crew, the role will include helping with service. Candidates must be presentable, comfortable in social situations and prepared to participate in all aspects of yacht life.
