Chief Stew

The position is for a Chief Steward(ess) on an incredible yacht based in and around the UAE. The successful candidate should have at least 5 years of experience on +60m superyachts, preferably in a Chief stewardess or 2nd stew role. They must excel in maintaining, running, and caring for the yacht's interior, be skilled in formal service, and capable of training the team to a high standard. Strong organizational, administrative, and management skills are essential, along with a calm demeanor and effective leadership style. Female candidates are preferred due to cabin arrangements.

• At least 5 years onboard +60m superyachts • Preferably at least 2 years in a Chief stewardess or 2nd stew position • Excellent knowledge of maintaining, running, and caring for a superyacht interior • Highly experienced in formal service and team training • Organisational, administrative, and management skills must be second to none
