Captain & Chief Stew Couples Only

140ft MY is looking for a well established Captain and Chief stew couple (or 2nd Stew ) for 5-6 months caribbean/bahamas/florida Charters and owners trips. 
Start date: Nov 2025. finish April/may 2026 Location: Genoa. Or Martinique. Loading dockwise mid nov Genoa to Martinique. flagged. Cayman 376gt. The Yacht has just completed 10yr survey. Excellent existing crew. Mate and stew couple aboard over 6 years. Deck and Stew couple aboard over 3 years. Engineer 4 plus years. Chef is newer but awesome. Usually 3-4 weeks charter and 4-6 weeks owner use. Boat runs with total crew of 8. No towed tender. No jetskis 🤠 Manage by Fairport global and N&J for charters. Ideally looking for a rotational couple. You both do Caribbean, my wife and I that have been aboard since the build (10 plus years) will do the med seasons. 6months on 6 months off. (Approx) I will still manage some admin on the sidelines so you’re not jumping in blind. (Owners are awesome. Captain Requirements: Master 500 minimum 5 years+ driving experience on similar size yachts Strong Caribbean/Bahamas knowledge. All the usual certs and visas for commercial cayman flag. Chief Stew Requirements: 3+ yrs experience in similar role. Proficient in bar tending and table arrangements theme nights, interior management. Usual charter fun stuff etc. usual certs and visas.
