We are looking for an experienced Sole Chef for a 55m+ Private MY (new build) with a background in private yachts or high-end hospitality. Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential. The galley is fully equipped, and the focus will be on Mediterranean cuisine, with an emphasis on simple, fresh, and flavorful dishes. The owners enjoy steaks and value good baking skills. Creativity in minimizing food waste and sourcing high-quality, organic ingredients is a plus. Flexibility and adaptability to owners’ preferences are key. They prefer dishes that focus on simplicity, freshness, and flavor, rather than complexity or fancy presentation. The chef will prepare meals for 12 guests and 13 crew members, with family-style service and occasional formal plated dinners. No Sous Chef, but assistance will be provided by other crew.
