Join our dynamic couple team aboard a 27M private/charter vessel while enjoying the Caribbean and New England seasons. Seeking a skilled Mate and Stewardess couple for an exciting summer and winter program with charters and owner trips.

• Assisting Captain with deck operations and navigation • Strong engineering aptitude for daily checks, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance • Ideally holds a 100 Ton license to operate the tender • Confident with anchoring, docking, and all deck duties • Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills • Sole stew role—must run the interior independently • Prior charter experience required • Responsible for service, housekeeping, turnarounds, provisioning, and guest care • Organized, calm under pressure, and detail-oriented • Professional presentation and strong communication
