Sous Chef

Viking Crew are looking for a Temporary Sous Chef to join a 140M+ Private Motor Yacht. The job requires a valid STCW and ENG1, and experience in preparing Asian cuisine, specifically Japanese cuisine. The rotation is 2 weeks, and the job is located in the Caribbean.
