Deck/ Steward(ess)

We are seeking a full-time Deck/Stew to join a 77ft (23m) private sailing yacht. This is a family-oriented program with a warm, respectful atmosphere onboard. The role involves a mix of deck duties, maintaining a spotless interior, and light cooking from time to time — mostly simple meals as the family dines ashore frequently. The right candidate will have solid sailing experience, a service-minded attitude, and the flexibility to help wherever needed. You will also be responsible for cooking for the crew during the November ocean crossing.

Proven sailing experience and confidence handling a sailing yacht Previous experience as Deck/Stew or similar dual-role position High attention to detail and pride in keeping interior and deck in excellent condition Service-oriented, flexible, and proactive attitude Ability to work well in a small team Basic cooking skills (able to prepare simple meals when needed) Willingness to travel and commit to a full-time position Availability to cook for the crew during the November passage
