Job Description: Position : Seasonal Sous Chef Yacht: 70m range charter Passenger Yacht Location: Med Start date: ASAP Contract: 4 months +/- with potential extension Itinerary: The Med Primary Objectives: • Assists with provisioning of all food items • Prepares Guest meals as directed • Ensures adequate Public Health standards are complied with • Assists with galley cleaning after each service • In control of galley and all aspects of on board food logistics including budget when the Head Chef is absent • In control of crossing logistics - All provisioning, ordering, galley control, time sheets and log book, stock control, purchase requests • Pest management control - when the Head Chef is absent • Menu Planning for guest and crew meals Salary Package: $ 4100 consolidated salary (leave pay is already included) USD + charter tips
