Seeking an experienced Sole Chef for a 40m+ Private/Charter Sailing Yacht cruising the Mediterranean this summer.

• Experience as sole chef on similar sized vessels. • Sailing experience is essential. • Culinary training is advantageous. • Confident with all different types of cuisines and dietary requirements. • FS&HL2 in hand. • Fluent in English. • Non-smoker. • Preference for candidates located in the EU. • Schengen visa and Seamans Discharge Book for non-EU passport holders.
