• OOW (Yachts) or equivalent required • Up-to-date STCW and ENG1 • Several years of experience as a Lead Deckhand/Bosun with proven Mate experience on similar-sized vessels • Strong knowledge of deck maintenance products and guest-service etiquette • A grounded, professional personality looking for a permanent home
