We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic sailor with a solid sailing background to join a professional team aboard a 38m classic sailing yacht. This role offers excellent growth opportunities, with the potential to take on more Mate responsibilities over time. The successful candidate will be an English-speaking team player with a proactive and positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
