Head of Service

A 100m+ private motor yacht is seeking an experienced Head of Service to join their established interior team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a key leadership role onboard, working closely with the Chief Stewardess as her right-hand during a busy and fast-paced programme. The successful candidate will join in West Palm Beach, shadow the current Head of Service for one week, and complete a crossing before stepping into the role full-time. The ideal candidate will have proven Head of Service experience, strong administrative skills, and confidence managing a team of four during high-tempo guest trips. You will be highly organised, service-driven, and a natural leader who thrives under pressure.
