We’re looking for a full-time Deck/Stew to join a 77ft (23m) private family sailing yacht! This is a great opportunity for someone with solid sailing experience who enjoys a mix of deck work, interior upkeep. The family is very relaxed and dines ashore most of the time. Cooking skills are a plus! Program: Family-oriented, respectful atmosphere, great travel itinerary, november carribean crossing, season in the carribean and a med summer. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves sailing and enjoys a varied role that includes both deck work and interior upkeep. About the Yacht & Program: Private, family-oriented program with a friendly, respectful atmosphere Owners are relaxed and often dine ashore – light cooking duties on board (cooking skills are a big plus!) Busy sailing itinerary: November Atlantic crossing to the Caribbean → winter in the Caribbean, summer in the Med Tight-knit, professional crew that values teamwork and positivity

Deck duties: assisting with sailing maneuvers, docking, anchoring, line handling, washdowns, and general exterior upkeep Interior maintenance: keeping guest and crew areas clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times Service: relaxed yet attentive table settings and guest support when needed Flexibility to jump between deck and interior depending on the day’s needs We’re Looking For: Solid sailing experience (minimum 1 season on similar sailing yachts preferred) Comfortable working on deck while under sail A positive, adaptable, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic Cooking skills a plus but not essential Female candidates only due to cabin arrangements
