We are seeking a confident and capable Mate to join a professional crew onboard this 32m family-use private yacht. A fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys responsibility on deck and values being part of a supportive team.

• At least one solid season as Mate or experienced Deckhand stepping up • Strong tender driving skills • Comfortable with mooring/docking procedures on 30m+ yachts • A solid team player who enjoys working in a family-focused, respectful environment • Experience in the Med highly preferred • Excellent checkable references
