Our client is looking for a Mallorca based Seasonal Chef to join this 35m Private & Charter MY with a busy season ahead. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional chef looking for a busy but stable Med season based in Mallorca.

• Previous yacht chef experince, ideally on charter vessels or busy private programmes. • Comfortable managing tight charter turnaround schedules. • Previous experince provisioning in Mallorca. • Strong understanding of British cuisine and dining expectations. • Able to prepare a varied menu style covering classic British dishes, light Mediterranean cuisine, modern international dishes and Asian/Asian fusion.
