• YM Offshore certification required • Minimum of 5 years experience in the industry • Experience as a Mate • In-depth knowledge of bridge, navigation, and deck procedures • Ability to train deck crew in repair and maintenance skills • Capable of standing in for the captain • Fluent in English • Engineering experience beneficial • Non-smoking vessel
