Join a high-performing 54m charter motor yacht as a Deckhand. This role involves contributing to a busy, family-style charter program with excellent opportunities in a guest-facing position.

• At least 1 full season of proven large yacht experience • Strong tender handling skills and confidence with watersports • Enthusiastic, active, and committed to a career on deck • Valid STCW & ENG1 • PWC Instructor ticket advantageous • Excellent references
