TYS Recruitment is seeking a seasonal Spanish-speaking 2nd Stewardess for a 37m (120ft) vessel based in South Florida. The ideal candidate will have at least a season of experience in a similar role, be energetic and have a go-getter attitude to keep the atmosphere on board, as well as experience in housekeeping, laundry, and service. Supporting the Chief Stew will be a vital part of the role, so a positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to take direction are essential. This is a family-run program with an experienced boat owner and a long-standing relationship with the captain. The vessel runs a relaxed yet professional program with a lovely owner who comes onboard once or twice a month. The itinerary focuses on South Florida and the Bahamas, including time spent at Atlantis and Miami. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone keen to grow their skills while contributing to a friendly and close-knit team environment. The crew consists of a great team, primarily from Mexico, who foster a welcoming atmosphere onboard.
