Description

We are seeking a Seasonal Sole Chef for our 50m MY charter/private yacht. The ideal candidate must be culinary trained and possess extensive knowledge of international cuisine. Key Responsibilities and Requirements: Proven experience in nutritional menu planning, including calorie counting and management of macronutrients (protein, carbs, fats). Ability to create detailed menus specifying exact nutritional information per serving. Expertise in Mediterranean cuisine, incorporating fresh and healthy ingredients. A hard-working, tidy individual with a positive attitude. Ability to provide references or testimonials from previous yacht placements regarding dietary expertise.
