Deck/ Steward(ess)

A 27m charter motor yacht is looking for a Deck/Steward(ess) to join full-time, starting ASAP in the Bahamas. The role is a true dual-position, supporting both interior service and exterior deck duties. The vessel charters along the USA East Coast and the Caribbean, offering a salary of $4,500 per month. This is a hands-on position suited to someone adaptable, organised, and confident working in a small crew environment.

- Valid STCW & ENG1 - Experience in both interior and deck operations - Strong service skills and good tender/lines awareness - Previous experience on similar-sized vessels preferred - Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and comfort with charter programs
