Description

The chosen candidate will report to the Head Of Service and be responsible for cleaning and food service. As well as assisting guests during emergency procedures, coaching and leading the team during absence of Head of Service. Should be familiar in and able to coach team members in all areas of service (storage, inventory, provisioning, detailing, guest service, cigars, training & development & administration). We are looking for someone who can lead by example, motivate and inspire other team members.

Requirements

• Minimum of three seasons in yachting is preferred • Minimum 4-6 years land based high end hospitality experience • Cruise ship experience • Strong computer literacy required • Must have silver service, plated & room service experience • Must have coached and trained juniors • Inventory experience • International driving license • Fully Vaccinated against Covid-19 (with booster)
