• Must have YMOS and ideally AEC certifications. • Strong sailor with mechanical and electrical engineering skills. • Good tender driving, watch keeping, and deck operations abilities. • At least 2 years' experience on 20m+ sailing monohulls, preferably with high latitude cruising experience.
