Sole Stew

We are seeking an experienced Sole Stewardess to join a 40m sailing yacht in Italy. This role involves delivering high standards of service during charters, maintaining organization and presentation onboard, and assisting across departments as needed.

• Minimum of 2 years experience on yachts over 30m • Proven ability to manage the interior solo • Strong charter experience • Positive, proactive mindset • Strong attention to detail • Commitment to longevity • Wine knowledge and confidence in beverage service (bonus)
